Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iOS apps and website (together, the "Service") provided by Oye Teknoloji ("Oye Teknoloji", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and, where applicable, the Apple App Store terms.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app or any part of it, except as permitted by law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or otherwise try to extract its source code.
• Use our name, logos or trademarks without our prior written permission.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer your rights in the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

Changes to the Service and pricing

We are always improving our apps, which means the Service may change over time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any feature within it, at any time and for any reason. We may also introduce charges for the Service or particular features; where we do, the price of a paid service or feature will be made clear to you before you pay for it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any purchases or subscriptions made through an app are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your device and connectivity

You are responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure. Some features need an active internet connection to work properly, and we cannot be held responsible if a feature does not function fully because you are out of coverage, have run out of data, or your device battery has died. If you use the Service outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile carrier's data charges — including data-roaming fees when abroad — may apply, and you are responsible for those charges.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties — including Apple and analytics providers — for certain functionality and information. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of their services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

Updates and termination

We may release updates to the Service, and depending on your settings and the operating system requirements, you may need to install them to keep using the Service. We may also stop providing the Service and may terminate your use of it at any time without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our apps are utilities and entertainment tools; they are not a substitute for professional advice. In particular, tools such as detectors, scanners, trackers and translators provide estimates or novelty results and should not be relied upon for safety-critical, medical, financial or professional decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oye Teknoloji will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
